Artykuł dotyczy nowych trendów w katastrze i gospodarce nieruchomościami w świetle IX warsztatów połączonych komisji 3 i 7 Międzynarodowego Stowarzyszenia Geodetów (FIG), które odbyły się w listopadzie 2023 w Gävle (Szwecja). Warsztaty te koncentrowały się na dwóch aspektach- rozwój szeroko pojętej gospodarki nieruchomościami w 3D oraz II edycji normy ISO 19152 „Katastralny Model Administrowania Terenem”. W artykule opisano co rozumie się poprzez szeroko pojętą gospodarkę nieruchomościami w 3D (administrację przestrzenną 3D) oraz obszar tematyczny drugiej edycji normy ISO 19152 rozwijanej w sześciu częściach. W artykule przedstawiono również problematykę przewijającą się na sesjach plenarnych oraz tematycznych sesjach roboczych. Zagadnienia te w pewien sposób wyznaczają przyszłe trendy w rozwoju nowoczesnych systemów szeroko pojętej gospodarki nieruchomościami, również w aspekcie trójwymiarowym.

This paper deals with new trends in cadastre and land administration in the light of the 11th workshop of the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) Joint Committees 3 and 7, held in November 2023 in Gävle (Sweden). This workshop focused on two aspects - the development of 3D land administration in its broadest sense and the 2nd edition of the ISO 19152 standard ‘Land Administration Domain Model'. The paper describes what is meant by broadly defined 3D land administration and the subject area of the second edition of ISO 19152, which is being developed in six parts. The paper presents the issues running through both the plenary and the thematic working sessions. These issues go some way to setting future trends in the development of modern systems for land administration, also in 3D aspect.
