W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań strukturalnych i porowatości mezoporowatej krzemionki otrzymanej w wyniku hydrolitycznej kondensacji.

Mesoporous materials are nowadays one of the most developing fields. This type of materials contains pores with diameters between 2-50 nm. Among them the most interesting create mesoporous silica. because of its properties and applications (such as in catalysis, sorption, medicine, environmental control, photovoltaics). Mesoporous silicas were usually synthesized using tetraethoxysilane or tetramethoxysilan and various types of structuring agents. A disadvantage of such approach is the fact that obtained material may be contaminated with organic groups. Therefore, it is proposed different solution, obtaining mesoporous silica without the use of structuring agents, by hydrolytic polycondensation of octahydridooctasilsesquioxanes. Its properties are transferred on obtained material. In presented work there are showed structural research on obtained mesoporous silica.
