Abstrakty
The cereal cutting machine had its work characteristics taken off and the measurement of vibrations on the gear and the cutting blade was performed. On the basis of the collected data, a mathematical model was created in the Matlab-Simulink program. In the next step, after conducting the analysis of the spectrum of the device and model operation, the model parameters were selected so as to reflect the machine’s work. Subsequently, the authors succeeded in covering the successive harmonics of the model, which may, in future, serve the purpose of diagnosing vibrations or the machine damage and determining such points of operation so as to minimize vibrations.
