W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań i analiz barwników zawiesinowych fluorescencyjnych stosowanych do barwienia włókien poliestrowych na kolory o tzw. intensywnej widzialności. Zaprezentowano rezultaty badań identyfikacji ich struktury chemicznej oraz dla żółtych barwników fluorescencyjnych wyniki spektrofotometrycznych badań barwy na zgodność wymaganiami normy EN 471:1994. Wyniki badań barwy podano w układzie kolorymetrycznym trójchromatycznym Y, x, y oraz w układzie kolorymetrycznym CIELab.

The investigation and analysis results of fluorescent disperse dyes used for the dyeing of polyester fibres and fabrics to colours of a high visibility are presented. The paper describes the results of dyes' chemical structure identification tests and the results of spectrophotometric colour measurements of yellow fluorescent dyes and their conformability with the requirements of the EN 471:1994 standard. The results of colour tests are presented in the colorimetric system of the three-chromaticity x, y, and Y coordinates, and in the CIE Lab colour differentiation system.
