W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań wpływu czynników środowiskowych na zmiany starzeniowe w strukturze chemicznej powłok epoksydowych. Oceny destrukcji powłok epoksydowych podczas trzyletnich badań w naturalnych warunkach klimatycznych dokonano na podstawie charakterystyk IR, uzyskanych podczas badań spektroskopowych w podczerwieni (FTIR). Przeprowadzone badania wykazują, że modyfikacja składu powłok epoksydowych nanocząstkami krzemionki znacznie poprawia ich odporność na starzenie klimatyczne.
The paper presents investigations results of environmental factors influence on ageing changes occurred in epoxy coatings chemical structure. Evaluation of the coatings destruction, in time of 3-year ageing in natural climatic conditions, was made on the basis of IR characteristics obtained during FTIR examinations. Acquired results show that modification of epoxy coatings composition with silica nanoparticles significantly improve coatings resistance to climatic ageing.
