Lean management concept of the process of continuous improvement

Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono połączenie wybranych narzędzi doskonalenia przepływów w przedsiębiorstwie występujących w ramach koncepcji lean ze strategią organizacji. Połączenie to ujęto w zintegrowany model ciągłego doskonalenia . Model ten bazuje na klasycznym cyklu PDCA i zapewnia możliwość definiowania celów przyporządkowania im metod i narzędzi ich realizacji, systematyzacje działań za pomocą narzędzia map drogowych oraz wdrożenie i monitorowanie uzyskiwanych efektów. Model oparto o wdrożone w przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym rozwiązanie.
The article presents the combination of selected tools in the enterprise to improve flow soccurring concept of lean with the organization strategy . This connection base on the integrated model of continuous improvement which use classic PDCA cycle and provides the ability to define the purpose of the assignment of the methods and tools for their implementation, systematization of activities by using road maps, and implementation and monitoring of the effects. The model is implemented solution in a manufacturing company.
