The results of investigations of the piston engine turbocharger turbine wider steady and unsteady feeding conditions are presented. Special attention is paid to measurements of the force that is transferred to the break casing. The relation between the pressure pulsations of the turbine feeding medium and the force measured on the break casing and the results of the analysis of these signals (pressure and force versus time) are shown. The results refer to a few pulsation frequencies of the turbine feeding medium pressure, two values of the relative amplitude of this pressure and to steady turbine feeding conditions assumed as the reference level.
