Interaction between the driver and transport telematics is the focus of this paper. In its first part, methods of attracting driver’s attention and affecting them were analysed, with the use of feasible information displays. Potential hazards were also investigated. It latter part, research regarding driver attitude towards route planning using in-vehicle telematics was presented.
