W pracy opisano śmiertelny wypadek płetwonurka amatora podczas nurkowania jaskiniowego oraz przebieg dochodzenia medycznego przyczyny wypadku. Wskazano niebezpieczeństwa związane z brakiem kwalifikacji medycznej płetwonurków – amatorów.

The paper describes a deadly accident involving an amateur diver during a cave dive as well as the medical investigation into the causes of the accident. The article points to hazards relating to the lack of medical qualifications of amateur divers.
