This article presents construction of the system for investigating foot plantar pressure in natural conditions, outside the laboratory. Sensor component, construction of the measuring insole and data analysis software are described. Obtained results are presented in terms of use in orthopedics, neurology and cardio-vascular diseases. Collected data are sufficient for using developed by ITE system in medical diagnostics. Device is inexpensive compared to the other devices what can make it more widely available and give possibility of self-control by a patient. Because the data are transmitted wirelessly, system can be used in telemedicine and for assessment of sport training process.
