Abstrakty

Badanie TK w protokole politrauma jest podstawowym działaniem diagnostycznym w przypadku urazu wielonarządowego. Celem pracy była analiza częstości występowania zmian urazowych u pacjentów poddanych badaniu TK-politrauma. Retrospektywnie przeanalizowano grupę 520 pacjentów. Stwierdzono, że jedynie w 67% przypadków wystąpiły zmiany urazowe. Zmiany te częściej dotyczyły mężczyzn (73%) i najczęściej obejmowały kręgosłup, klatkę piersiową i głowę.

CT examination in politrauma protocol is a basic diagnostic activity in the case of multiorgan injury. The purpose of this study was the analisys of the frequency of post-traumatic changes occurance for the patients submited to CT-politrauma examination. Retrispoctively the group 520 patients were analised. It was certified that in only 67% cases post-traumatic changes occur. Those changes more frequently concerned men (73%) and as often as not ranged spine, chest and head.
