The research presents the method of predicting the output losses in the two-staged project of agricultural production which takes into consideration the volumes of production; technological requirements concerning directory temps of carrying out operations; properties of technical resources; interdependence of operations. This method also allows to determine the expected losses of the output connected with violating directory terms of performing technological operations of the project.
