W pracy przedstawiono wpływ zużycia wybranych elementów roboczych zakłócających przepływ materiału w adiabatycznym ekstruderze jednoślimakowym. Podczas procesu badano temperaturę głowicy ślimaka, gęstość uzyskiwanego ekstrudatu oraz jednostkowe zużycie energii. Przeprowadzono analizę możliwości uzyskania zakładanych parametrów ekstruzji przy różnym stopniu zużycia elementów roboczych ekstrudera poprzez zmianę natężenia przepływu materiału.

Paper presented the effect of wear and tear of selected working elements disturbing material flow in an adiabatic single-screw extruder. The temperature of worm head, density of produced extrudate and specific energy consumption were measured during extrusion process. The possibilities of achieving assumed extrusion parameters through the changes in material flow intensity were analysed at different wear and tear degree of working elements.
