W artykule podjęto próbę zasygnalizowana problematyki wyboru poszczególnych części zamiennych w procesach napraw eksploatacyjnych po wprowadzeniu tzw. porozumień wertykalnych w sektorze pojazdów samochodowych. Posłużono się dla zilustrowania problemu studium przypadku – analizą kosztów napraw eksploatacyjnych wybranych pojazdów z pewnego segmentu rynkowego. Celem artykułu jest zasygnalizowanie istniejących ograniczeń formalnych i pożądanych perspektywicznych kierunków zmian. W przyszłości może to doprowadzić do poprawy konkurencyjności i obniżenia kosztów napraw eksploatacyjnych pojazdów osobowych w Polsce.

At this stage of the operation of passenger cars information on the costs of vehicle repair has become imperative of great importance. The obvious is that in the highest car repair costs are obtained using original parts. Thus, the fundamental importance of gaining the same expectations of customers who require manufacturers the highest standard of technological and quality while maintaining the proper parameter prices. The article attempts to select individual issues signaled spare parts for passenger cars in the repair processes operating after the introduction of vertical agreements in the motor vehicle sector under the sign agreements restricting competition. For the purposes of empirical case study was used – an analysis of the cost of repairs consumables selected vehicles from different market segments. The purpose of this article is to signal the formal limitations of the existing and desired perspective directions of change, which in the future may lead to the use of available data to improve competition and lower the cost of repairs of passenger vehicles operating in Poland.
