Artykuł kolejno omawia największe elektrownie wodne na świecie, hydroelektrownie w Polsce, turbiny wodne, elektrownie pływowe i elektrownie wiatrowe.

On the beginning of the article, in the introduction it is presented the reason of need for search for the new nonconventional sources of electric energy and the history of formation water power plants. The article discusses in turn the largest water power plants in the world, the water power plants in Poland, the water turbines, the tidal power plants and the wind power plants.
