To oczywiste, że wzrok jest w sporcie niezbędny, ale niewiele osób zdaje sobie sprawę, jak wielki jest jego wpływ na osiągane wyniki. Chociaż sportowcy wiedzą, że wzrok jest ważny, wielu z nich błędnie sądzi, że ich oczy działają bez zarzutu. Prawie 40% zawodników – również tych najlepszych – ma problemy, które mogłyby zostać usunięte poprzez odpowiednią korekcję wzroku.
