PL

W artykule zaprezentowano definicję gałęzi psychologii, tj. psychologii przemysłowej. Omówiono jej genezę, główne obszary badawcze i opisano przykłady jej zastosowań. Biorąc pod uwagę problem oceny i stymulowania pracowników, syntetycznie opisano ewolucję postrzegania przez organizację zasobów ludzkich jako aktywów i podano przykładowe wskaźniki ich wyceny. Na tym tle nakreślono podstawowe osiągnięcia KGHM CUPRUM Sp. z o.o. CBR w dziedzinie psychologii przemysłowej i partnera przemysłowego w perspektywie ostatnich czterech lat (2014-2018), a także w okresie budowy i intensywnego rozwoju Nowego Zagłębia Miedziowego w ubiegłym wieku.

The article presents the definition of industrial psychology – one of the main branches of psychology. It discusses its genesis, main research areas and describes purposes. By the example of an employees’ evaluation and stimulation problem it recounts synthetically the evolution of perception through the human resources department as assets and indicator’s model of their valuation. On this background the basics achievements of KGHM CUPRUM Ltd. Research & Development Centre are delineated in areas of industrial psychology and industry partnership perspective from last four years and during the construction and intensive development of the "New Copper mine district in Lower Silesia", in the last century.
