The changes in the subject of strategy’s interest appear in abandoning to deal with military problems exclusively but focusing on all aspects of national and international security. The key problem of modern strategy is to work out an integrated national security concept and define optimal ways to use all tools and means in order to ensure possibilities to achieve aims issued by the policy of protecting vital interests of the nation in a definite time horizon. Contemporary strategic system of an organization is a combination of all forces engaged in an integrated strategy forming a complex architecture including conceptual, material and civilization spheres.
