Abstrakty
W artykule omawiano wyzwania, jakie podejmują przedsiębiorstwa, które usiłują znaleźć źródła nowej wiedzy. Podkreślona została rola, jaką mogą odegrać na tym polu pośrednicy wiedzy. Opracowano model, który może zostać wykorzystany do sformułowania propozycji dalszych badań.
The paper discusses main challenges that companies need to cope with when searching for the sources of the new knowledge. The role which is to be played by knowledge brokers is especially emphasized. Finally, the model which can be used to formulate propositions as to further researches is prepared.
