W artykule zostały rozpatrzone zagadnienia dot. unikalnego europejskiego doświadczenia w transporcie ładunków ponadgabarytowych, jak również ładunków ciężkich i super ciężkich transportowanych transportem drogowym. Pokazano że takie przewozy nadal znajdują się w nisze rynkowej ang. "niche market" a szereg problemów nie zostali rozwiązane. Do głównej problemy trzeba zaliczyć organizację takich przewozów która powinna polegać na uwzględnieniu różnorodności wymagań zleceniodawców oraz warunków wykonania zadań przewozowych. Celem jest oferowanie klientom najkorzystniejszych warunków wykonania zadania przewozowego, znalezienie racjonalnych rozwiązań technologicznych spełniających wymagania prawne i środowiskowe jak również pozyskanie aprobaty lokalnych mieszkańców. Przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą pojazdów nienormatywnych biorąc pod uwagę ich wymiary, dopuszczalną prędkość poruszania się oraz charakterystykę transportowanego ładunku. Przeanalizowano podstawowe podejścia do organizacji konwoju pojazdów z uwzględnieniem wysokości stawek ubezpieczeniowych oraz zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa ładunku na całym łańcuchu przewozowym.

In the article have been discussed issues a unique European experience in transportation of abnormal cargoes, as well as heavy and super heavy loads transported by roadways. Shown that such services are still in market niches and a number of problems have not been resolved. The main problem is transport organizations of oversize cargoes in view of the diversity of customers ‘requirements and terms of carrying out the tasks. The article’s goal is researches of road conditions and restrictions for abnormal transport task, finding a reasonable technological solutions meeting the legal requirements and environmental as well as acquiring the approval of local inhabitants. Made a comparative analysis of anomalous vehicles looking at their dimensions, maximum speed and the main characteristics of cargo. Analyzes the basic approaches to the convoy organization for escorting abnormal loads given the high insurance rates and ensure the safety of cargo throughout the logistical chain. Shows the characteristics of road infrastructure using in West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the movement of oversize or/and super-heavy vehicles.
