NATO has its own financial system, that is a kind of a compromise of the 16 member states financial regulations. The principles of common finances planning, conducting and controlling should be thoroughly studied in order to confront them with those accepted in Polish budget practice. The article also discusses the issues of preparing and accepting the budget, budgetary committees activities, the budget currency, fees, bank services, accounting etc.
