ITS system complex behavioral inter-layers interactions in a crucial way determines the features of the system operation. Therefore, in the paper original interactive hierarchical multi-layer HITS platform was proposed with three main inter-layers interactive cycles (interfaces) that must to guaranty system stability and effective operation of individual layers. Due to high complexity and non-unique attractors in the static approaches in the paper the ARIMA(ni ,mi) models for different layers was proposed with entropy-related estimation and calibration of parameters. This enabling the adequate selection of preference structures for multi-criteria activities of different layers. In consequence to propose truly multi-criteria entropy compatible ITS multi-layer dynamically interactive system functional structure.

Złożone behawioralne interakcje miedzy warstwami ITS systemów w kluczowy sposób determinują działanie tych systemów. W artykule zaproponowano dla danego ITS systemu oryginalną interaktywna wielo-warstwową strukturę systemową HITS z trzema dedykowanymi generatorami interakcji między-warstwowych o różnych horyzontach czasowych. Dla rozpoznawania i właściwego reagowania na powyższe interakcje zaproponowano dedykowane ARIMA(ni ,mi) modele dla warstw z estymacją i kalibracją parametrów bazującą na entropii. Podstawowe przesłanki stosowania HITS platformy dotyczą interaktywnego gwarantowania operacyjnej stabilności i efektywności funkcjonowania poszczególnych warstw systemowych i całego zintegrowanego ITS systemu.
