The rapid progress in the information technology, globalization of activities and growing clients` demand lay out new ways of business making. On the complicated, global transport market, the efficient cooperation between the partners within the same chain, undertaking profitable decision in due time and fulfilling the clients needs become the priority. The company providing transport services must be not only efficiently managed but most of all - must be managed optimally. rationalization and fastening of consignment registration, maximum reduction of errors, cost reduction, increasing effectiveness and competitiveness are among the most important goals which nowadays faces transport, forwarding and logistic companies. The advanced and verified informatics solutions are the indispensable support in realization of these goals.

Gwałtowny postęp w rozwoju technologii informatycznych, globalizacja działań i bardziej wymagający klienci wytyczają nowe drogi prowadzenia biznesu. W coraz złożonym, globalnym środowisku transoportowym, efektywna współpraca z partnerami w ramach sieci, podejmowanie na czas opłacalnych decyzji oraz spełnianie wymagań klientów stają się priorytetem. Praca przedsiębiorstwa świadczącego współcześnie usługi transportowe musi być już nie tyle zarządzana sprawna, co przede wszystkim zarządzana optymalnie. Usprawnienie i przyśpieszenie obsługi rejestracji przesyłek, minimalizacja błędów, ograniczenie kosztów, zwiększenie efektywności i konkurencyjności - to jedne z najistotniejszych celów, jakie stoją przed przedsiębiorstwami branży TSL. Nieodzownym wsparciem w ich realizacji są zaawansowane i sprawdzone rozwiązania informatyczne. I znów podobnie, jak w innych dziedzinach logistyki nie sposób nad tym wszystkim zapanować bez sprawnego, nowoczesnego narzędzia informatycznego.

The article is related to the problem of the transition of today’s economic system towards a circular economy model. This transformation is becoming a necessity due to environmental limitations. An interesting issue is the role of ICT in this matter, especially internet technologies. According to the presented analysis, these technologies do have capabilities to support consumer activities, which are consistent with the principles of a circular economy. This support can be essential for changing consumer’s attitudes and making their consumption patterns more sustainable. Nevertheless, there are some technical, social and economic barriers which may occur during this process. Literature analysis and critical analysis were used as research methods. The article concludes that, despite many barriers, the potential of internet technologies for circular economy support is very promising.

W artykule poruszono kwestię transformacji modelu ekonomicznego w kierun- ku gospodarki okrężnej. Transformacja ta staje się koniecznością ze względu na ograniczenia ze strony środowiska naturalnego. Rozpatrywana problematyka skupia się wokół potencjału technologii internetowych. Podjęto próbę wykazania, że technologie internetowe mają potencjał wspierający zachowania konsumenckie spójne z zasadami gospodarki okrężnej. Zawarto również analizę potencjalnych barier technicznych, społecznych i ekonomicznych, ważnych dla powszechnego wykorzystania technologii internetowych w tym celu. Jako metod badawczych użyto analizy literatury przedmiotu oraz analizy krytycznej. Artykuł wieńczy konkluzja, że mimo wielu występujących barier potencjał technologii internetowych dla wsparcia realizacji gospodarki okrężnej jest bardzo obiecujący.

Przedstawiono sposób konfigurowania parametrów protokołu TCP/IP, modyfikacji oprogramowania wbudowanego serwera WWW oraz sposób ładowania stron WWW.

In the paper, current trends in architecture of industrial computer networks, which cover measurement - control communication level and factory communication, are outlined. Discussion of Ethernet basic communication features and influence of Industrial Ethernet on creating factory information structure are presented. Dynamic development of computer networks and Internet technologies enable remote diagnostics, updates and monitoring over the Internet by means of browsers and embedded WWW servers. In the paper, structure of measurement -control system with embedded WWW servers used to remote monitoring is presented. Software and hardware components and functioning of Embedded WWW Server are described. Way of Embedded WWW Server software modification, way of TCP/IP protocol parameters setting and way of WWW pages loading are presented.

W pracy przedstawiono wybrane elementy wieloagentowego systemu sterowania AIM opracowanego w Politechnice Krakowskiej. Komunikacja pomiędzy rozproszonymi elementami systemu sterowania realizowana jest przy użyciu technologii Web services.

Contemporary Internet technologies open new opportunities for building open, reconfigurable control systems. The paper presents selected elements of multiagent control system AIM developed at Cracow University of Technology. The communication among distributed elements of control system is performed by means of Web services technology.

W artykule rozpoznano bezprzewodowe technologie dostępowe, które mogą być wykorzystane do zdalnego zarządzania elektrozaworami. Na bazie dedykowanych modułów transmisji radiowej RF i WiFi opracowano układy, umożliwiające zdalne sterowanie zaworami, które są załączane przez elektromagnes w urządzeniach pneumatycznych znajdujących się na terenie portu. Zaproponowane układy zdalnego załączania zaworów zostały zainstalowane w modelowym układzie pneumatycznym, który posłużył do przeprowadzenia testów. Celem zaplanowanych testów była ocena skuteczności załączania modułów dla różnych odległości i zmiennej częstotliwości procesu załączania.

The article diagnosed wireless access technologies that can be used for remote switching solenoid. On the basis of dedicated transmission modules RF and standard of WiFi the system of manage the valves was developed. The valves are part of a pneumatic devices located in the port area. The proposed systems remote switching valves were installed in the model pneumatic system, which was used to carry out tests. The purpose of planned tests was to evaluate the efficacy of switching modules for different distances and variable frequency switching process.

The development of internet technologies promotes the popularization of remote teaching. In modern education, it is more and more often used in addition to teaching in a stationary way also teaching children, youth and adults using modern electronic technologies, in using the e-learning method. Each e-teacher conducting a remote job should be aware that the students learning in the e-learning mode are strongly motivated at the time of starting education, but after some time their involvement weakens. It is from the appropriate actions of e-teachers and their support that the motivation of e-learning participants is constant or at a higher level.

Omówiono źródta i uwarunkowania rozwoju nowej koncepcji prowadzenia operacji militarnych zwanej walką sieciocentryczna. Przedstawiono jej reguty oraz sformułowano podstawowe wymagania systemowe i techniczne na infrastrukturę informacyjną systemu wspomagania dowodzenia. Podkreślono rolę technik informacyjnych w osiąganiu dominującej pozycji w walce. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na te techniki informacyjne, które wyznaczać będą tempo oraz zakres osiągania przez sity zbrojne zdolności do prowadzenia operacji sieciocentrycznych.

The origins and conditions of development of an emerging theory of war in the information age, called Network Centric Warfare, is presented in the paper. It describes the rules of conducting an advanced military operation in networked environment and specifiesthe basie requirements for command and control networking and information infrastructure development. The paper emphasizes a fundamental role of information technologies in achieving decision superiority. In particular, it describes selected technologies that significantly stimulate the scalę and progress in obtaining networked enabled capability.

By using application service providers for processes such as online invoicing. production and inventory, businesses are strengthening their links to customers. vendors and business partners. Since supply chains are mainly supported by software solutions (for instance ERP), SMEs must be able to use and implement a solution themselves. Because they don't have the required capital and IT that enables it, they will fall out of the Supply Chains. The solution to this problem is just the ASP.
