Ancients were first, who took notices to depends between mechanism of vision and architectural creation. Remakes contained in Vitruvius's treatrise and Le Courbusier's thought from beginning of 20th century haven't lost their usefulness and there are finding confirmation in works of present architects.

Passive house is one of the answers to the energy efficiency problem in buildings. Energy-efficient housing architecture, like a traditional buildings in old Poland should be strongly related with the environment. A form of house developed over centuries turns out to be optimal in the energy efficiency. In combination with modern technologies is part of the passive house concept.

Graficzne programy komputerowe dają możliwość szybkiego wykreślania olbrzymiej liczby rysunków. Możliwe jest więc tworzenie odpowiednio długich sekwencji rysunków obrazujących dynamikę powstawania konstrukcji. Pozwala to na daleko idącą oszczędność w zakresie tekstu towarzyszącego konstrukcji. Tekst w geometrii wykreślnej jest bowiem uciążliwym balastem. Problem polega więc na umiejętnym eliminowaniu udziału tekstu na korzyść rozbudowanych, rozczłonkowanych, ustawionych w sekwencję czytelnych rysunków. Jest to obecnie ogólny trend w nauczaniu. Autorzy prezentują propozycje takiego właśnie ujęcia materiału w formie bogatego „tekstu geometrycznego”. Podejście to, jawiące się jako bardzo obiecujące w dydaktyce, ściśle koresponduje także ze współczesną okienkowo-ikonową koncepcją budowy programów komputerowych.

The paper presents a geometric characterization of models of embankments with a natural slope and discusses the relationship of these models with roof skeletons (straight skeletons), Voronoi diagrams for polygons (medial axis) and offset curves. Authors show AutoCAD commands, which can be used to generate geometric models of the embankments of any base.

W pracy przedstawiono geometryczną charakteryzację modeli nasypów o naturalnym kącie nachylenia powierzchni stokowej tworzącej nasyp. Wskazano na ich powiązanie ze szkieletami dachów (prostymi szkieletami) i diagramami Voronoi dla wielokątów. Pokazano za pomocą jakich poleceń programu AutoCAD można realizować geometryczne modele nasypów o dowolnej podstawie.
