The aim of this work was to mimic the stratified structure of the median region of long bones. Starting from this desideratum, more COLL/HA composite materials with different morphology were synthesized and characterized, each of these materials mimicking one layer of long bone (endo- and periosteum, compact and cancellous bony tissue). Stratified bone grafts were obtained by assembling these layers; the obtained grafts were similar to the median region of long bones. The topic of this paper is the issue of the notion and classification of assemblies in Polish law, while its direct aim is to analyse and evaluate the regulations of the above issue after the changes introduced by the Act of 24 July 2015 on the Law of Assemblies (Dz.U. item 1485). The discussion is divided into two parts: the first is devoted to the investigation of the very notion of assembly, the second to the analysis of the topic of classification of assemblies – from the perspective of the form of decision of an administrative authority regarding the permissibility of holding the assembly. Following this criterion, assemblies are divided into ones which only require notification and the silent acceptance of the administrative organ, spontaneous assemblies which do not require notification, assemblies which require prior permission, and finally assemblies in the case of which it is necessary to agree on the time and place of holding the assembly with the operator of the road.

W niniejszej publikacji przedstawiono specyfikę anglosaskiego modelu samorządu terytorialnego ze szczególnym podkreśleniem jego odrębności względem samorządów terytorialnych innych państw Unii Europejskiej. Autor przedstawił specyfikę rozwiązań prawnych odnoszących się do stolicy – Londynu. Podjęte rozważania dotyczą również przyczyn reform związanych z organizacją samorządu terytorialnego, które nastąpiły pod koniec XX w.

Ths work shows specific character of anglo – saxon model of self government with particular emhasise of its distinguishing characteristic in comparison to selfgovenments of other EU Memberstates. The Author presented specific legal regulations existing in the capital of United Kingdom – the city of London. Presented analysis refers also to reasons of reforms of selfgovernments organization undertaken at the end of XX century.

In 1906, the Mariavites were expelled from the Church. It happened because of dogmatic errors and insubordination towards bishops. The conflict between Catholics and Mariavites began. The sect gained strength and became dangerous for the clergy and conservative opinion in the Polish Kingdom. In 1908, the Mariavites reached the Diocese of Sandomierz. In the same year, the monthly magazine the "Chronicle of the Sandomierz Diocese" was founded, edited by Jan Gajkowski. Articles criticizing this new religious movement were published there. The authors also argued about the condition of the Catholic clergy. Some of them saw the errors in their own environment. These mistakes were used by Mariavites. However, in the years that followed, the sect began to lose strength. In 1914 and 1915 there were no articles about it. At that time, more articles were written about the war and other social problems

W 1906 roku mariawici zostali wykluczeni z Kościoła. Stało się to z powodu błędów dogmatycznych oraz niesubordynacji w stosunku do biskupów. Konflikt między katolikami a mariawitami rozpoczął się. Sekta uzyskała siłę i stała się niebezpieczna dla duchowieństwa i konserwatywnej opinii w Królestwie Polskim. W 1908 roku mariawici dotarli do Diecezji Sandomierskiej. W tym samym roku zostało założone miesięczne czasopismo „Kronika Diecezji Sandomierskiej”, redagowany przez Jana Gajkowskiego. Były tam publikowane artykuły krytykujące ten nowy ruch religijny. Autorzy polemizowali też o kondycji katolickiego duchowieństwa. Niektórzy z nich widzieli błędy w ich własnym środowisku. Te błędy były wykorzystywane przez mariawitów. Aczkolwiek w następnych latach, sekta zaczęła tracić siłę. W 1914 i 1915 nie było artykułów na jej temat. W tym czasie więcej artykułów było przeznaczone wojnie i innym problemom społecznym.

Article presents the short report of the 10th Assembly of the World Council of Churches held in Busan (South Korea) (30 of October – 8 of November 2013) including its theological and ecumenical interpretation. The presentation is structured into the three principal sections. Firstly, the author expounds the main theological issues discussed at the meeting. He refers to the two important documents adopted by the Assembly: God’s Gift and Call to Unity- and our Commitment and Together Towards Life: Mission and Evangelism in Changing Landscapes and describes their content through three keywords: unity, mission and evangelization. Furthermore, the article illustrates the theological conditions of the social commitment of the World Council of Churches with the theological concept of pilgrimage. The second section displays the participation of representatives of various Christian confessions as well as representatives of non-Christian religions and political institutions. The third section presents the statements submitted by the Assembly, concerning two important political crisis: that of the Korean Peninsula and that of the Middle East and includes the short interpretation of the call for the “just peace”. The conclusion of the article contains a short assessment of the Assembly from the view of its participant.

Artykuł w syntetyczny sposób przedstawia przebieg i wyniki obrad 10 Zgromadzenia Ogólnego Światowej Rady Kościołów, które odbyło się w Pusan (Korea Płd) (30.10 – 08.11.2013) oraz dokonuje krótkiej teologiczno-ekumenicznej interpretacji spotkania. Artykuł składa się z trzech części. Pierwsza prezentuje teologiczne zagadnienia poruszane w Pusan. Autor opiera się na dwóch przyjętych przez Zgromadzenie dokumentach: „Boży dar i wezwanie do jedności – i nasze zobowiązanie” oraz „Wspólnie ku życiu: misja i ewangelizacja w zmieniających się kontekstach” i charakteryzuje ich treść takimi słowami kluczowymi, jak: jedność, misja i ewangelizacja. Przedstawia również teologiczne uwarunkowanie społecznego zaangażowania, które w Pusan ilustrowane było słowem „pielgrzymka”. Podstawę drugiej części artykułu stanowi sprawozdanie z uczestnictwa w Zgromadzeniu przedstawicieli różnych wyznań i ruchów ekumenicznych, a także z wkładu religii niechrześcijańskich i podmiotów politycznych. Trzecia część przedstawia uchwalone podczas zgromadzenia deklaracje, odnoszące się do dwóch ważnych kryzysów polityczno-społecznych: podzielonego Półwyspu Koreańskiego oraz sytuacji na Bliskim Wschodzie i wezwanie do działania o „sprawiedliwy pokój”. Konkluzja zawiera krótką ocenę Zgromadzenia, poczynioną z perspektywy osobistego uczestnictwa.
