The stage of sampling and preparation of samples for food examination has a significant impact on the quality of microbiological analysis. The paper discusses issues relating to the choice of sampling method depending on the type of food matrix and specifying the sampling plan. Documents describing the laboratory and analytical sample were also presented.

Zdolność systemu do ostrzegania użytkownika o tym, że błąd wyznaczonych współrzędnych przekroczył dozwoloną wartość, nazywa się wiarygodnością[4]. W chwili obecnej ani GPS, ani GLONASS nie zapewniają monitoringu wiarygodności, w związku z tym istnieje niepewność dotycząca rzeczywistego położenia obiektu. Sytuacja taka jest niedopuszczalna wszędzie tam, gdzie błąd gruby wyznaczeń współrzędnych może doprowadzić do poważnych konsekwencji w postaci katastrof, w których mogą zginąć ludzie, wystąpić poważne straty materialne, czy skażenie środowiska. W związku z tym, zapewnienie wiarygodności jest warunkiem koniecznym umożliwiającym zastosowanie GNSS w nawigacji lotniczej i morskiej (w niektórych jej fazach). Realizowana jest ona dzięki grupie opracowanych metod, które dobrze sprawdzają się na otwartej przestrzeni, tam gdzie błąd gruby wyznaczeń może być spowodowany jedynie niewłaściwym funkcjonowaniem któregoś z satelitów [4]. Na terenach zabudowanych źródłem błędów grubych pomiarów są sygnały odbite od budynków i z tym problemem nie radzą sobie stosowane w lotnictwie i na morzu metody monitorowania wiarygodności. W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono propozycję nowej autorskiej metody oceny dokładności współrzędnych wyznaczanych metodami GNSS na potrzeby monitorowania pojazdów. Opisano genezę powstania metody oraz ogólne założenia przyjęte przy jej opracowywaniu.

The ability of the system to warn the user that fix error has exceeded the allowed value is called the integrity[4]. At the moment, neither GPS nor GLONASS does not provide integrity monitoring, therefore there is uncertainty regarding the actual location of the object. This situation is unacceptable anywhere, where outliers in coordinates may lead to serious consequences in the form of disaster, where people can die, develop serious material loss or contamination of the environment. In this connection, to ensure integrity is a necessary condition for the use of GNSS in aviation and maritime navigation (in some of its phases). It is made by a group of developed methods that work well at open area, where outliers in measurements may be caused only by the wrong functioning of one of the satellites [4]. The main source of outliers in urban areas are signals reflected from buildings and methods of integrity monitoring used in aviation and at the sea are not able to cope with this. The article describes the author's proposal for a new method of assessing GNSS fixes accuracy for vehicles monitoring. The genesis of the method and general assumptions in its development are described.

W artykule omówiono organizację i wyposażenie małego laboratorium przyzakładowego. Uwzględniono również wyposażenie niezbędne podczas monitorowania higieny otoczenia produkcyjnego oraz pozwalające na modyfikację standardowych metod mikrobiologicznych.

Microbiological analysis of food is an integrated part of management of microbial safety in the food chain. Food business operators employ microbiological tests for monitoring of the actual situation and trend analysis in order to detect emerging risks. The paper describes organization and equipment of a small microbiological laboratory. The equipment used in monitoring of food factory environmental hygiene and allowing modifying standard methods was also considered.

In the times of modern information society, smoking chimneys of factories were replaced by tangled wires, computer screens, keyboards and computer mice. Certain activities do not even require human participation as they have been automated. The man is replaced by a robot, computer or a machine. The development of new technologies necessitates the change of social behaviour. People have to gain new qualifications and the new reality requires them to learn new skills. The duties which used to be commonly performed by man are now carried out by technology - more effective, stable and reliable. Nowadays the man stops being “the manufacturer” of goods he uses as he becomes “the supervisor” of new technologies and machines which do everything for him. Using new technologies in acquiring, transforming and transmitting information is the key element of Network Centric Operational Picture. The effectiveness of information acquisition, transformation and transmission in constantly growing. This trend seems to be stronger and stronger. New systems taking advantage of the state-of-the-art technologies and discoveries in physics are being developed. For instance the sources mention the importance of applying robots, concentrated energy, plasma and membrane technology, electronic carriers and laser damage and ultrasound weapon (USW). Such directions of development stress what the Gulf War has shown that in the future war the quality will beat the quantity.

Praca prezentuje teoretyczne i praktyczne problemy transformacji użytków w celu zalesień i zadrzewień w aspekcie najnowszych rozstrzygnięć prawnych oraz wymogów kompleksowo pojętej restrukturyzacji obszarów wiejskich. Punktem wyjścia przy określa­niu obszarów do zalesień jest zaprojektowanie granicy rolno-leśnej jako ważnego elementu treści miejscowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego. Propozycję zasad i procedury projektowania takiej granicy zweryfikowano na obiekcie badawczym.

The paper presents theoretical and practical problems concerning land transformation aimed at tree planting and afforestation, taking into account the latest legal resolutions and requirememnts of widely understood restructuring of rural areas. Making a project of an agro-forestal boundary is the starting point when determining areas to be afforested, as this boundary constitues an important element of a local physical management plan. Sug­gestions dealing with rules and procedures of the boundary establishment were verified on the basis of a studied site.
