Abstrakty

W pierwszej części artykułu zaprezentowano i przeanalizowano ważność DAX (Niemieckiego Indeksu Akcji), składającego się z 30 głównych niemieckich przedsiębiorstw obecnych na Giełdzie we Frankfurcie, dla rozwoju europejskiego i globalnego rynku finansowego. W drugiej części pokazano, że chociaż wybierane są różne drogi, to sposobem zostania milionerem jest naśladowanie milionerów, którzy odnieśli duży sukces. Są pewne zasady mającej powodzenie spekulacji opracowane przez Andrzeja Kostolany, Warrena Buffeta i Antoniego Stacha - zaprezentowane w artykule. Pokazano, że są także inne mniej niebezpieczne sposoby zarobienia pierwszego miliona € - na przykład zainwestowanie we własny dom, zyskowne indywidualne źródła odnawialnej energii, oszczędzania energii. Wskazano także, że według Buffeta oszacowanie obiektów spekulacji koresponduje z wartością globalnych finansowych aktywów - wzrosły w 2006 do 650 tysięcy miliardów dolarów USA - ta wartość to 13,5krotny globalny roczny narodowy dochód brutto - 48,3 mld dolarów USA. W 1980 obydwie te wartości - GDP i globalne aktywa - wynosiły około 10 miliardów dolarów. (abstrakt oryginalny)

In the first part of the present paper the importance of the DAX (Deutscher Aktien Index) consisting of the 30 major German companies trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for the development of European and global financial markets has been analysed. In the second part of the paper it is showed that although they had taken different routes, the way to became millionaire is to follow the rules of highly successful millionaires. There are some rules of successful speculation elaborated by Andree Kostolany, Warren Buffet and Antony Stasch hare presented. It is shown also that there are other, less dangerous ways to make a first million € - for example to invest in the own home, profitable, individual sources of renewable energy, saving energy. It is also pointed out that according to Warren Buffet the over-valuation of objects of speculation corresponding to the value of global financial assets grew in 2006 to 650 thousand billion (650billions) U.S. $. This value overestimates 13,5-world annual Gross Domestic Product, of 48.3 billions US $. In 1980 both values, GDP and value of assets were approximately equal to ten billions. (original abstract)
