Badanie kluczowych kompetencji w firmie wiąże się nieodzownie z zagadnieniem outsourcingu. W pracy omówiono istotę outsourcingu, jego rodzaje, oraz warunki stosowania w przedsiębiorstwie.

The article presents H. Morse's methodology based on worldwide literature for selecting outsourcing partners with respect to key competencies in the enterprise. The author also characterises the literature's concept of key competencies in relation to outsourcing, and describes the types and models of outsourcing and conditions for applying the method. Also mentioned is the issue of protection of data and Information transmitted between partners. Lastly, the author presents short descriptions of the practical experience of firms with respect to applying outsourcing in international enterprises and under Polish conditions. (original abstract)
