W artykule przedstawiono podstawowe pojęcia związane z restrukturyzacją gospodarki i przemysłu oraz przeanalizowano przyczyny słabości struktury polskiej gospodarki. Określono cele i zadania restrukturyzacji w warunkach polskich oraz zasady wyboru preferowanych dziedzin produkcji i restrukturyzacji handlu zagranicznego, a także określono zakres przedmiotowy restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstwa. The article presents the basical notions connected with restructuring the economy and industry and analyses the reasons of weakness of the structure of Polish economy. The purposes and tasks of restructuring in Poland have been determined as well as the principles of selecting the preferable branches of production and restructuring the foreign trade. The objective range of restructuring of an enterprise has been also determined. (original abstract)
