The physical activity is recognized as the Basic stimulus of the psychosomatic development of a man and the main factor of physical influence. The article answers the question of inspiring, educational and pro-health influence of physical education on young people. A special attention has been paid to the attitudes and education of PE teachers who have direct and indirect influence on the quality of both raising and educating children and young people.
