The objective of his article is to present the concept of entrepreneurial management developed by Stevenson and Jarillo (1999) as well as its operationalization presented by Brown, Davidson and Wiklund (2001). The article presents research carried out in 236 Polish organizations, showing their dominant style of management, on the basis of the concept of entrepreneurial management.
