In Polish circumstances financial restructuring is applied in order to reduce a level of indebtedness. Practically this target is achieved with an engagement of a very narrow spectrum of tools and activities available. Restructuring processes in the United States not only help companies survive, but also enable them regaining real competitiveness. Due to broader availability, American enterprises use more development instruments and launch more prospective activities.
