The aim of this article is to present questions of information technology in the least structured area of organization. Current management tendencies are targeted at a strategic view of human resources - one that puts the human factor into the foreground. However, personnel strategy does not always find its reflection in technological solutions. This article points to the need for integration between individual strategies and especially their integration with information technology strategy in the sphere of human resource management.
