The article presents the opinion of economists - Nobel Prize winners regarding theoretical and methodological justification of overcoming of the individual country deep recession. In light of their advices, comparative analysis of the main anti-crisis actions of governments of the developed countries and Ukraine has been completed. It is proposed a set of actions aimed at overcoming economic crisis taking into account the completed analysis and current Ukrainian reality.
