Nowadays, modern managers focus on one of the main aim: building the value of a company. Modern companies are looking for new ideas, which can support management and help them reach aims. Many companies especially in Japan and in USA try to introduce new tools such as: reengineering and lean management. The main objective of this paper is to present the usefulness of reengineering and lean management. And managers should use these tools as a way of development and a way of increasing their competition.
