W opracowaniu przedstawiono problematykę procesu automatyzacji monitorowania stanu środków transportu, której rozwiązanie będzie stanowić podstawę do opracowania pokładowego systemu monitorowania. W opracowaniu sformułowano główne zadania problemu badawczego oraz przedstawiono algorytm ich rozwiązania, tzn.: Opracowanie metodyki projektowania systemu monitorowania stanu środków transportu (ocena stanu układu – zdatny, niezdatny; lokalizacja uszkodzonego zespołu; termin kolejnego obsługiwania; przyczyna zaistniałego uszkodzenia, stan i jakość paliwa, stan ładunku); Opracowanie koncepcji wykorzystania opracowanej metodyki do budowy pokładowych systemów monitorowania stanu środków transportu na podstawie wniosków z weryfikacji metodyki dla wybranych układów: elektryczny układ wtrysku paliwa silnika spalinowego ZS, układy ABS i ESP środka transportu, układ poziomu i jakości paliwa, układ zabezpieczenia ładunku naczepy i skrzyni ładunkowej i inne układy; Opracowanie koncepcji pokładowego systemu monitorowania stanu środków transportu.

The paper presents the automating problem for the process of monitoring the transportation vehicles condition presenting a solution which will form the basis for the development of on-board monitoring system. The study formulates the main tasks of the research problem and presents an algorithm to solve them, ie .: designing the methodology for monitoring system of transportation vehicles condition (the evaluation of the system - operational, non-operational, localization of the defective unit, date of the next service; cause of occurring damage, the condition and quality of fuel, condition of the cargo); Development of the concept of using the developed methodology for the construction of on-board monitoring systems for transport on the basis verified methodology for selected systems: electronic fuel injection for combustion engines, ABS and ESP, level and quality of fuel, cargo semitrailer and loading chest protection system and other systems; Development of the concept of on-board monitoring system for transportation vehicles.

Z tego też powodu istnieje konieczność pogłębionej analizy rozważanego zagadnienia. Celem opracowania jest analiza możliwości wykorzystania metod prognozowania stanu środków transportu w procesie logistycznym.

The problem of using prediction methods in transport, logistics is rarely discussed in the scientific literaturę concerning the implementation of logistics processes in transport.. There is a necessity for deeper analysis of considered issue for this reason. Analysis of possibility of using common methods of forecasting the state of transport in logistics is the aim of this paper.

In this paper author introduces problem of the reduction of diagnostic information in evolution condition machine for estimating state prognosis algorithms which are the basis for determining conclusion rules for estimating the next machine operation term and for state genesis which is the basis for rules creating of machine state estimation in the past. Automation of the investigation system of the evolution of the technical systems machines condition in which diagnosing distinguishes itself of prognose of the state and the genesis of the state requires the qualifications of the gathering of diagnostic parameters describing the change of the condition of the machine during exploitation. The results of investigations connected with the implementation of the procedures of monitoring the technical machine engines condition and their investigation for the chosen arrangements of mechanical vehicles were introduced.

This paper discusses selected issues of technical diagnostics and mechanics system status monitoring. The issues presented new elements in the test of quality vibrations machines in exploitation. Investigation of machinery destruction processes accompanying every machine just after its manufacturing until its liquidation. This gives a basis for rational maintenance of machines in newly created diagnostic maintenance systems. State evaluation depending on a good model and appropriate symptoms leads to entity-related technologies and the bionics of the existence of technical systems. The descriptors of diagnostic maintenance system enable to create modern maintenance strategies in enterprise systems, keeping modern machinery in motion.

W pracy przedstawiono problematykę wpływu jakości infrastruktury drogowej na wyniki rentowności eksploatacji pojazdów członowych (zestawów naczepowych) w Polsce i w Niemczech oraz wynikające z tego różnice wydajności w pracy przywozowej tożsamych środków transportowych do przewozu identycznych ładunków. W opracowaniu podjęto próbę analizy wpływu regulacji prawno-adminstracyjnej dotyczącej dopuszczalnej masy całkowitej pojazdów oraz nacisków na osie dla zestawów naczepowych w obu krajach a następnie przeprowadzono wnioskowanie dotyczące optymalizacji załadunku w świetle tychże przepisów oraz rentowności tak realizowanego przewozu. W efekcie możliwe stało się wnioskowanie o konkurencyjności w tym aspekcie działalności przedsiębiorstw polskich i niemieckich.

The elaboration presents the problems connected to the impact of the quality of transport infrastructure on the results of the viability of operating semi-trailer sets in Poland and Germany, and the resulting differences in transport labor productivity of identical equipment to transport the same cargo. The authors have attempted to analyze the impact of regulation on the legal and regulatory targeting the maximum permissible weight of vehicles and the pressures on the sets semi-trailer axles in both countries and then moved to request targeting the optimization of loading in the light of these provisions and ongoing viability of the carriage. As a result, it became possible to apply for the competition in this aspect of the activities of Polish and German enterprises.

The main purpose of this paper is the investigation of the boundary effect in bending problem of peril irated plates and its influence on the effective flexural rigidity. The considered strip plate is loaded by constant uniformly distributed load and has square penetration pattern. The boundary value problem for determination of deflection repeated element of structure is solved by means of boundary collocation method with a use of the special purpose Trefftz functions. These functions fulfil exactly not only governing equation but also boundary conditions on holes and some symmetry conditions. The number of perforations is discussed on effective rigidity.
