Artykuł łączy przedstawienie podstawowych problemów planowania przedsięwzięć budowlanych w ujęciu Open BIM z przedstawieniem przedsięwzięcia badawczo-dydaktycznego w ujęciu Open BIM PL realizowanego w latach 2014-2020 w Politechnice Poznańskiej przy ekstremalnym wykorzystaniu polskich rozwiązań technicznych, w tym polskiego oprogramowania komputerowego. Przedstawione podejście wychodząc od koncepcji systemu i komponentów budowlanych opiera się na integracji konstrukcja-kosztorys-harmonogram uwzględniając podejście od 2D-3D-BIM do analiz 4D-5D-6D. Cechą charakterystyczną działań jest projektowanie budowlano-wykonawcze w podstawowym poziomie szczegółowości opracowania w ujęciu LOD, jako forma opcjonalnej standaryzacji na obecnym etapie wdrażania BIM w Polsce. Częścią projektu jest wykorzystanie oprogramowania zagranicznego, głównie europejskiego w oparciu o otwarte standardy wymiany danych – zwłaszcza IFC i BCF – oraz standardy de facto, jeśli są stosowane w różnych programach.

The article combines the presentation of the basic problems of construction project planning in terms of Open BIM approach with the presentation of a research and teaching project in terms of Open BIM PL implemented in 2014-2020 at the Poznań University of Technology with extremal using of Polish technical solutions, including Polish computer software. The presented approach, starting from the concept of the system and building components, is based on the design-cost estimate-schedule integration, taking into account the approach from 2D-3D-BIM, to 4D-5D-6D analyzes. Characteristic feature of the activities is the construction and executive design at the basic level of definition in the LOD approach, as a form of optional standardization at the current stage of BIM implementation in Poland. Part of the project is using of foreign software, mainly European, based on the open data exchange standards – specially IFC and BCF – and de facto standards, if they are applicable in various programs, not only in products of producer.

In order to increase the efficiency of implementing the emergency response measures, the emergency response plan drawing up, revision and implementation at oil production enterprises, it is expedient to use an analogue of the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system, which generates an interactive mode that allows interaction with the person in charge for localizing and eliminating the consequences of accidents that negatively affect, inter alia, the environmental situation. The SCADA system was developed on the basis of the approved document "Emergency Response Plan" and provides for data exchange with the automated systems of the enterprise to form a complete description of the situation for the person in charge for localizing and eliminating the consequences of accidents. The automated system application software was developed using high-level programming languages (Embarcadero Delphi or analogues) and technologies for direct access to the Oracle database management system. The use of an automated system is feasible for large enterprises of the extractive and processing industries with the possibility of integration into the automated Manufacturing Execution System (MES-systems) of an enterprise.

Przedstawiono współczesne problemy badawcze metalowo-szklanych konstrukcji fasad budynków użyteczności publicznej. Omówiono rodzaje badań eksperymentalnych oraz symulacje numeryczne. Prezentowane badania posłużyły również do tworzenia innowacyjnych rozwiązań struktur elewacyjnych. Nowoczesne oprogramowanie umożliwia integrację badań eksperymentalnych z symulacjami numerycznymi oraz daje możliwość wykonywania badań w zakresie zmęczenia materiałowego, trwałości i niezawodności elementów i konstrukcji budowlanych.

The article presents current research problems of metal and glass structures of facades of public buildings. The article presents types of experimental research and numerical simulations. The article describes tests and assessments of modern solutions for facade elements and structures introduced to the construction market. Modern software allows for the integration of experimental tests with numerical simulations and gives the possibility to perform tests in the field of material fatigue, durability and reliability of building elements and structures.

The subject of numerical analysis and designing of a cable-prestressed concrete ceiling is discussed in the paper. A computational example is presented in which the individual stages of building a numerical model in the SOFiSTiK program and designing of the reinforced concrete cable-prestressed ceiling of an office and service building designed in a slab-pillar system are discussed.

This paper presents the evolution of fire control system software for Remote Controlled Weapon Stations (ZSMU in Polish) developed and manufactured by Zakłady Mechaniczne “Tarnów” S.A. (Poland). The paper describes the architecture, scope and purpose of research and development of the fire control system software, and the prospective directions of its future development. A complement to the paper is a specification of the optimisation methods used during the development of the fire control system software and the work organisation of a team of programmers working on the source code of the fire control system software. The paper illustrates how the consistent execution of research and development improves the effectiveness, scalability, and optimisation of the ZSMU fire control system software.

W publikacji przedstawiono ewolucję oprogramowania systemu kierowania ogniem zdalnie sterowanych modułów uzbrojenia ZSMU, opracowanych i produkowanych w Zakładach Mechanicznych „Tarnów”. Opisano architekturę, zakres i cel przeprowadzanych prac badawczo-rozwojowych oraz dalsze potencjalne kierunki rozwoju. Jako uzupełnienie, podano metody optymalizacji zastosowane przy rozwoju oprogramowania oraz organizację pracy dla wieloosobowego zespołu programistów, pracującego nad kodem źródłowym. Publikacja obrazuje, w jaki sposób konsekwentne prowadzenie prac badawczo-rozwojowych prowadzi do zwiększenia efektywności, skalowalności i optymalizacji oprogramowania systemu kierowania ogniem dla zdalnie sterowanych modułów uzbrojenia.

The article suggests a possible application of mathematical modeling zones and flooding characteristics that will improve the methodological basis in hydrological calculations and forecasting will provide opportunities for a better understanding of the complex mechanisms of formation flow. The computational scheme is applicable for vertically homogeneous flow conditions extending from steep river flows to tidal influenced estuaries. The system has been used in numerous engineering studies.

LPG is a cheap and ecological fuel for spark ignition engines. The sequential gas injection system can be installed at the factory and is then the Original Equipment of the Manufacturer. A vehicle with a spark ignition engine can also be converted to gas in an authorized workshop. In both cases, the vehicle must meet the same exhaust emission standards when running on alternative fuel as it does with the original fuel. Conversion of vehicles to LPG and CNG is regulated by law at the European Union level. The article describes the conversion of a low-emission gasoline vehicle that meets the Euro 6 emission standard to LPG. The configuration and calibration of the LPG system is described in detail. The compatibility of the gas system with the vehicle's on-board diagnostic system was then checked. Finally, road tests of the vehicle were carried out to compare the performance with the original fuel and the alternative fuel.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of natural uncertainties and effective parameters on the stability of plate-type rock walls. For this, the effective factors and geo-mechanical properties in the study area were obtained using field experiments. Stability analysis of rock walls was investigated for 40 scenarios in dry and saturated states. These parameters were then evaluated using Easyfit software and Markov chain analysis and Monte Carlo simulation by Rock Plane software. Comparison of the results of numerical and uncertainty methods shows that the rock walls with 60-80 degree slope are stable; and In saturated state they require stability due to the reduction of shear strength. Fixation of the rock walls was also investigated, indicating an optimum angle of 30° for the installation of the rock screw. The results show that the Monte Carlo simulation provides a simpler interpretation and the uncertainty methods are more accurate and reliable than the numerical methods.

The control of structural vibrations due to ground motion can be done by the installation of a passive, active, and hybrid base isolation system. The primary function of the base isolator is to support the superstructure and provide huge horizontal flexibility and a long period of vibration. In this paper, a special HRDB base isolator is made from natural rubber with special elastic property and hardness. This base isolator is designed to support gravity loads of two-story RC building. The experimental hysteresis loop of this isolator is validated with analytical modeling hysteresis loop using Hysteresis program. The Bouc hysteresis rule was chosen as a model the hysteresis loop, and it is similar to experimental hysteresis loops. Later, a single bay two-story RC frame with a base isolation system was modeled using Ruaumoko 2D program subjected to three levels of earthquake excitations. After analyzing this frame under the 1994 Pacoima Dam Earthquake, the 1995 Kobe Earthquake and the 1940 El-Centro 1940 Earthquake. The numerical results show that this isolator is quite efficient in reducing the damage of structural and non-structural elements of the structure through minimizing inter-story drift, lateral displacement, and story acceleration. Therefore, this special HRDB based isolator is recommended to be used for low rise and medium-rise building in seismic regions.

Fast and automated ECG diagnosis is of great benefit for treatment of cardi-ovascular and other conditions. The algorithms used to extract parameters need to be precise, robust and efficient. Appropriate training and testing methods for such algorithms need to be implemented for optimal results. This paper presents a software solution for computer ECG generation and a simplified concept of testing process. All the parameters of the resulting generated signal can be tweaked and set properly. Such software can also be beneficial for training and educational use.

Flight personnel have various factors that cause high psychological stress during the performance of flight tasks, thereby influencing their psycho-physiological experience, which may be a cause of a breach of air traffic safety. The paper presents the results of an experimental verification of task management under load, which allowed selection of probands from a sample of 100 participants in the presurvey. Overall, 70% of the probands achieved better results than the minimum level of success of simulated and the complex tasks, 60%. The main aim of the experiment, the presurvey, is to verify and prepare a final version of sets of test tasks in the field of measuring the psychophysiological performance of the candidates for aviation personnel and to complete the creation of a technical device and the software tool for these processes. The software will be filed for the patent protection of copyrights and subsequently used for solving an approved research project supported by a grant from the Agency for Science and Research of the Slovak Republic.

W artykule poruszono zagadnienia dotyczące wybranych aspektów technicznych związanych z korektą wartości wybranych parametrów skrawania w programach sterujących dla obrabiarek CNC. Przedstawiono zagadnienia problemowe oraz wyróżniono obszary wymagające szczególnej uwagi przy korekcie wartości parametrów skrawania niezbędne do zapewnienia prawidłowej pracy obrabiarki oraz uniknięcia kolizji i uszkodzeń narzędzi skrawających. Przedstawiono również schemat ideowy opisujący podstawowe założenia dla autorskiego oprogramowania.

Technical aspects of modifying values of selected process parameters in CNC toolpaths are described in this paper. Problem areas and issues that need special attention to ensure correct machine tool operation, collision avoidance and prevention of tool breakage are identified. A flowchart presenting the basic operating principles of an original software is also presented.

Zasadniczą częścią niniejszego opracowania jest projekt budynku wysokiego o przeznaczeniu biurowym poprzedzony studium opisu charakterystycznych schematów konstrukcyjnych stosowanych w obiektach wysokościowych. Niebotyk (drapacz chmur) składa się z 31 kondygnacji, a jego całkowita wysokość z uwzględnieniem iglicy wynosi aż 160 m. Wieżowiec zaprojektowano w oparciu o system trzonowo-szkieletowy w konstrukcji żelbetowej, zaś jego charakterystyczną część stanowi stalowa struktura dachu o nachyleniu 30°. Analizę budynku oraz obliczenia elementów konstrukcyjnych wykonano na podstawie metod komputerowych według obowiązujących norm projektowych, tj. eurokodów.

An essential part of this paper is a design of a high-rise building intended as an office, preceded by the description study of characteristic construction schemes used in high-rise facilities. The skyscraper consists of 31 floors, and its total height, including the spire, amounts up to 160 m. The tower block has been designed based on the core and frame system in a reinforced concrete construction, and its characteristic part is constituted by a steel structure of the roof with 30° inclination. The building analysis and calculations of construction elements have been performed on the basis of computer methods according to valid design standards, i.e. Eurocodes.

Projektowanie akustyczne pomieszczeń biurowych open space polega na takim uwzględnieniu w pomieszczeniu różnych wyrobów dźwiękochłonnych, aby uzyskać wymagane przepisami warunki akustyczne. W artykule projektowanie podzielono na dwa etapy. Etap pierwszy, wymagany przez przepisy polskie, to uzyskanie w pomieszczeniu wymaganej chłonności akustycznej. Natomiast etap drugi polega na takiej aranżacji akustycznej pomieszczenia i stanowisk pracy, aby uzyskać w nim wymagane warunki propagacji (a właściwie separacji) dźwięków mowy między stanowiskami pracy. Zewzględu na objętość, artykuł podzielono na dwie części. W części pierwszej opisano pierwszy etap projektowania (podano metodę obliczeniową wg PN-B-02151-4:2015 i przykład). W części drugiej, w następnym artykule, opisany zostanie etap drugi projektowania wraz z podaniem przykładu (z wykorzystaniem programu ODEON).

The acoustic design of the open plan office consists in taking into account various sound-absorbing products in the room to achieve the required acoustic conditions. In the article design is divided into two stages. The first stage, obligatory by Polish regulations, is to obtain the room's required sound absorption. The second stage consists in such an acoustic arrangement of the room and workstations to obtain the required conditions for the propagation (or actually separation) of speech sounds between workstations. Due to the volume, the article has been divided into two parts. The first part (this one) describes the first design stage (the calculation method according to PN-B-02151-4:2015 standard and example are given). In the second part, in the next article, the second design stage (using the ODEON software) will be described.

Content available remote Benchmarking of Problems and Solvers: a Game-Theoretic Approach

In this note, we propose a game-theoretic approach for benchmarking computational problems and their solvers. The approach takes an assessment matrix as a payoff matrix for some zero-sum matrix game in which the first player chooses a problem and the second player chooses a solver. The solution in mixed strategies of this game is used to construct a notionally objective ranking of the problems and solvers under consideration. The proposed approach is illustrated in terms of an example to demonstrate its viability and its suitability for applications.

Modern agriculture involves the implementation of a particular technological operation, according to the appropriate map-task, which is developed pre-based on diverse information. Knowledge of a certain structure of soil cover variability, obtained using information and technical systems of local operational monitoring of the agrobiological state of agricultural lands, allows us to adopt effective operational decisions for efficient management of agrobiological potential of agricultural lands. Obviously, under such conditions, there is a need for fundamentally new approaches to agricultural production, which is to ensure the proper quality of technological operations. The quality of the implementation of technological operations is an integral indicator of the efficiency of production of agricultural products within the agrobiological field. The necessary quality of implementation of the basic technological processes in plant growing is provided by the integrated information and technical systems of operational monitoring of the agrobiological state of agricultural lands. In connection with this, the task is to use a fundamentally new class of information and technical systems of local operational monitoring of the agrobiological state of agricultural lands. The task is achieved by using the information and technical system of operational monitoring of the soil environment of the structure to determine the conductive characteristics of the soil environment. The purpose of this research is to develop and substantiate the functional structure, software, writing code and algorithms for managing the executive bodies of the information and technical system of operational monitoring of the agrobiological state of the soil environment of agricultural lands.
