Na podstawie różnych opracowań źródłowych, w artykule przedstawiono zarys prac geodezyjnych, jakie realizowano w ramach niedawno zakończonego projektu AlpTransit w Szwajcarii. W szczególności dotyczy to geodezyjnych pomiarów podstawowych na powierzchni i pod ziemią, jak też towarzyszących pomiarów kontrolnych. Ponadto przedstawiono pomiary związane z mechaniką górotworu, jak też pomiary kontrolne i pomiary deformacji obiektów zlokalizowanych w otoczeniu przebiegu tunelu bazowego Gotthard.

Based on various literature sources, the article presents an outline of various surveying works that were carried out in connection with the recently completed AlpTransit project in Switzerland. This applies in particular to basic geodetic measurements on the surface and underground, as well as accompanying control measurements. In addition, measurements related to the mechanics of the rock mass, as well as control measurements and deformation measurements of objects located in the vicinity of the Gotthard base tunnel are presented.

Wykonawca geodezyjny w celu przeprowadzenia niezbędnych czynności związanych z wykonywanymi pracami wielokrotnie spotyka się z sytuacją, kiedy musi wejść na ogrodzony teren należący do osoby trzeciej. Jeżeli uzyskanie zgody na wejście nie jest możliwe, ze względu na brak osoby uprawnionej do wyrażenia takiej zgody lub w przypadku braku tej zgody, wejście geodety może zostać przez właściciela potraktowane jako czyn karalny. Celem artykułu jest przeprowadzenie prawnokarnej analizy takiego zachowania w oparciu o przepisy prawa geodezyjnego oraz wybrane przepisy prawa karnego.

The geodetic making geodetic measurements must often enter the fenced area owned by a other person. If it is not possible to obtain a compliant entry, due to the lack of a person authorized to give such consent, or if consent has not been obtained, the surveyor's entrance may be treated as a crime. The aim of the article is to make a criminal-law analysis of such behavior in reference to the geodetic and selected criminal law legislation.

Land surveying is one of the elements of the execution of construction works. These include, among others, the establishment of a horizontal and vertical geodetic control network, an inventory of the existing area, development of a road project and setting out the location of the road in the area. In order to avoid mistakes, construction works should be controlled as part of surveying works during the implementation of a given project. The article attempts to identify and quantify risk factors occurring during surveying at the stage of preparing data from a detailed design. Two proprietary methods have been presented to calculate both the probability value and the consequences of individual risk factors. The advantage of the presented analyzes is the fact that the acquired validity hierarchy of risk factors, expressed in numerical values, can be explained in a scientific way, rather than referring only to possessed knowledge, experience and intuition.
