In this article, the authors have introduced trends in developing technologies used for analysing consumer behaviour and supporting marketing actions in retail networks focusing on using data in marketing information systems. The authors have proposed a developed model of a system which integrates separate technology groups such as POS, computer video analysis, social media data and the indoor navigation system based on beacon and radio tomography in one consistent solution in order to achieve the synergy effect in the area of customer behaviour analysis and behavioural targeting. The model can be developed by other technologies which gather unique data about customers.
Due to the increasing costs of urban traffic congestion, new trends of consumer behaviour in passenger transportation may be observed. Among those trends three seem to be particularly significant, i.e. collaborative journeys (as a form of collaborative consumption), carsharing and helping other road users via mobile apps (as a form of consumer citizenship behaviour). The theoretic deliberations about the trends have been supplemented by results of direct quantity research presenting respondents’ opinions about contemporary consumer behaviours.
Companies from the textile sector seek new methods of market expansion and increasing brand value. These methods include brand extension, brand licensing, acquisition of patent rights and co-branding, that is the strategy of double branding products when two distinct partner brand names are used on one product. Different studies show that the influence of co-branding on the behaviour of the consumer and their perception of products is high. For the authors, it was important to demonstrate the impact of co-branding on customer preferences concerning textile products for the example chosen. The aim of the research was to identify behaviours of consumers from the Lodz Voivodeship (Poland) when a co-branding strategy is used. As was proved in the study, the consumers give priority to a co-branded textile product in relation to a classic textile product. However, at the same time, those consumers do not give priority to a more expensive co-branded textile product in relation to the classic textile product. As was also proved in the study, the preferences of different groups of customers are not the same and the demographic, socio-professional and geographical characteristics of customers influence their behaviour towards the example of a co-branded textile product.

W obecnej sytuacji rynkowej przedsiębiorstwa z branży odzieżowej poszukują nowych metod rozwoju rynku i wzrostu wartości marki.
Due to increasing competition and market saturation, textile companies try to find new solutions to attract customers. Companies propose new materials, reorganize distribution strategies and develop interactive communication. Producers, distributors and retailers of textile products have also started to implement alternative strategies like sensory strategy. However, the study showed that the influence of the senses on the purchase behaviour of the consumer and their perception of textile products is not high. As was proved in the study, men and women do not perceive and react equally to sensory cues in the choice and evaluation of textile products. Contrary to female respondents, male purchase behaviour was not explained by either emotional or cognitive variables. Therefore it is suggested that the design and implementation of the sensory strategy should be more focused on the female rather than male target group due to their higher sensitivity to sensory stimuli.

Social Customer Relationship Management systems represent a new area in the field of CRM which together with rapid development of Social Networks and Social Media has acquired strategic importance for many companies. As a response to ongoing challenges related to growing customer expectations, in this paper we present intelligent tools for customer behaviour prediction in Social CRM systems. The use of the consensus approach is aimed at resolving contradictory forecasts of customer behaviour provided by different agents working as independent Artificial Neural Networks systems. The goal of the presented tool is to improve prediction functionality of customer behaviour.
