We propose a novel scheme for generating ultra-wideband doublet signal based on the cross-gain modulation effect in a semiconductor optical amplifier. This scheme requires only a semiconductor optical amplifier and an optical source. By using OptiSystem software, we simulate and analyze the effect of the input signal light power and wavelength, the pulse width and injection current on the generated doublet pulse. In addition, the optimal range of parameters are also given in the simulation process.
Based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy and modified adaptive algebraic reconstruction technique, two-dimensional tomographic reconstruction was derived for the gas temperature distribution in the range of 600–1400 K in the controlled projections. It is explicitly shown that the quality of temperature reconstruction is heavily dependent on the relative sensitivity of the selected spectrum and the algorithm of modified adaptive algebraic reconstruction technique but independent of the complexity of the present field distribution. When the relative sensitivity is less than 1.5, the accuracy of reconstruction relates to the relative sensitivity of the selected spectrum and improves with the increase in relative sensitivity. When the relative sensitivity is larger than 1.5, the accuracy is mainly limited by the algorithm of modified adaptive algebraic reconstruction technique.

Firstly, carry on numerical simulations for thermal deformation field of studied worktable by using software ANSYS WORKBENCH; then take study of the reasons why it will produce such thermal deformation by analyzing simulation results; finally, bring forward the measure of adding circumferential reinforcing plates, which could improve the homogenization of temperature field, decrease thermal deformation and increase processing precision.

W artykule opisano badania dotyczące deformacji termicznej stołu roboczego. Symulacje przeprowadzono przy pomocy programu ANSYS WORKBENCH. Na podstawie analiz, wyznaczono rozwiązanie problemu, w postaci płytek wzmacniających, dzięki którym następuje ujednorodnienie rozkładu temperatury i zmniejszenie deformacji.

Measurements have been made about the absorption features of Ch4 around 1.315 um by using the second harmonic detwction technique of tunable diode laser with multipass cell (white). Studies concerning the second harmonic detecyion technique of CH4 around 1.65 um have been widely reported currently, but reports about the absorption features in NIR spectra of CH4 around 1.315 um can scarcely be found. We have performed a detailed study about the absorption features of CH4 around 1.315 um and we presents the results here. We give the line positions, the line intensties and self-broadening coefficients near 1.315 um at a pressure of 0.077 torr.

The absolute absorption spectrum intensities of carbon dioxide sample have been recorded with a tunable diode laser spectrometer in the spectral range 6350-6364 cm -1, which is suitable for the in situ sensing of carbon dioxide in the lower stratosphere using a commercial telecommunication type diode laser. It was found that the typical uncertainty of experimental line intensities is about 1% compared with the values listed in the HITRAN database, ehich are calulated by direct numerical diagonalization (DND).
