Początki koncepcji klastra sięgają ekonomii neoklasycznej. Były to badania A. Marshalla, które 100 lat później sformułował w postaci ogólnej teorii M. Porter. Współcześnie dynamiczny rozwój rynku usług logistycznych spowodował koncentrację przedsiębiorstw branży TSL. Klastry logistyczne stały się nowym elementem krajobrazu gospodarczego w Polsce. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie uwarunkowań powstania, rozwoju i czynników lokalizacyjnych klastrów logistycznych. Ponadto przedstawiono różnorodne korzyści wynikające z funkcjonowania klastrów logistycznych. Wyniki i wnioski z przeprowadzonych rozważań wskazują na istotną rolę, jaką odgrywają klastry logistyczne w podnoszeniu konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstw i gospodarki.

The beginnings of the cluster's concept go back to neoclassical economics. These were the studies of A. Marshall, which 100 years later were formulated in the general theory of M. Porter. Nowadays, the dynamic development of the logistic services market has resulted in the concentration of enterprises in the TSL sector. Logistic clusters have become a new element of the economic landscape in Poland. The aim of the work is to present the conditions for the emergence, development and location factors of logistic clusters. In addition, various benefits resulting from the functioning of logistic clusters are presented. The results and conclusions from the considerations point the important role played by logistic clusters in improving the competitiveness of enterprises and the economy.

Wykonawstwo obiektów inżynierskich jest dużym wyzwaniem logistyczno-technicznym. Budowane obiekty muszą spełniać wymagania jakościowe zawarte w dokumentacji, a ich wykonanie mieścić się w ramach czasowych określonych przez harmonogram. Konstrukcje gruntowo-powłokowe są stosowane, gdy nie ma możliwości zamknięcia ruchu lub istnieje konieczność szybkiego ukończenia budowy. Wykorzystywane są do budowy mostów, tuneli, przejść dla zwierząt, przepustów. Mnogość ich zastosowań powoduje, że w wykonawstwie napotyka się na szereg problemów. W artykule przedstawiono sposób wykonania konstrukcji gruntowo-powłokowej oraz problemy logistyczno-techniczne, występujące podczas budowy.

Execution of engineering structures is a significant logistical-technical challenge. The objects have to fulfil quality requirements included in the documentation and their construction has to be contained in timeframe defined by the schedule. Steel shell and soil structures are used when there is no possibility of a road closure or there is a necessity of a rapid completion of construction. They are used for construction of bridges, tunnels, crossing places for animals, culverts. Multiplicity of applications makes execution encounter a number of problems. This paper introduces the method of execution of the steel shell and soil structure and logistical-technical issues that occured during the construction.

Problemy występujące w logistyce transportu drogowego są rzadko poruszane w literaturze naukowej. Z tego też powodu istnieje konieczność głębszej analizy rozważanego zagadnienia oraz sposobów rozwiązywania omawianych problemów. W pracy ponadto zaproponowano sposoby rozwiązywania problemów logistycznych przy wykorzystaniu metod prognozowania środków transportu.

Problems appearing in logistics of road transport are rarely considered in scientific literature. These is a necessity of deeper analysis of considering issue and methods of solving of these problems. In paper the methods of solving of logistic problems were proposed with using of methods of forecasting of transport.
