W artykule zaprezentowany został przegląd literatury procesów eksploatacji obiektów technicznych. Przegląd literatury oparty został na semi-markowskich modelach procesu eksploatacji obiektu technicznego. Zaprezentowane zostały ogólne rozwiązania klasycznego dwustanowego modelu procesu eksploatacji obiektu technicznego oraz szczególne przypadki zastosowania teorii semi markowa, które zostały opracowywane na potrzeby konkretnego zadania.

The article presents a literature review of operational processes of technical objects. The literature review was based on semi-markov models of operation process. In the article was presented general solution of classical binary operation model of technical objects and specific cases semi markov theories application that have been developed for a specific task.

Unsatisfactory condition of a large part of the urban underground infrastructure and construction of buildings, especially those with deep foundations, requires close cooperation of the installation industry, constructors and geotechnical engineers in the project preparation. The safety of buildings largely depends on the technical condition of the adjacent infrastructure. As the situations described in this article show, there is a need to consider the relationships between the underground urban infrastructure and the nearby buildings. Failures or emergencies in the underground infrastructure may deteriorate the technical condition and, in some specific cases, lead to a collapse of buildings or their parts. The emergency events may take place during the execution or operation, affecting both the underground systems and building structures.

W artykule ukazano rolę i znaczenie zarządzania strategicznego działalności podmiotu gospodarczego w gospodarce rynkowej. Zarządzanie to jest ściśle związane ze strategiami zarządzania eksploatacją obiektów. Dokonano również transpozycji ogólnej teorii zarządzania strategicznego wybranych modeli strategii na cele eksploatacji obiektów. Zwrócono uwagę na rolę i znaczenie konkurencyjności w zarządzaniu strategicznym systemami eksploatacji obiektów.

The article presents a role and an importance of the strategic management in an organization which acts in the market's economy. That management is connected with the strategy of the objects exploitation systems. A transposition of the global strategic management's theory for the exploitation objects purposes has been done. The article draws attention to the competition in the strategic management of the objects exploitation systems.
