Artykuł dotyczy przedsięwzięcia badawczo-dydaktycznego w ujęciu BIM realizowanego pod kierunkiem autora. Modele 3D BIM budynków wykonano do złożonych analiz 4D/5D BIM z klasyfikacją typowych i nietypowych komponentów w systemie uprzemysłowionego budownictwa betonowego.

The article deals with a research and teaching project in terms of BIM carried out under the direction of the author. 3D BIM models of buildings were made for complex 4D/5D BIM analyses with classification of typical and atypical in industrialized concrete building system. Detailed district’s model placed in the BIM cloud is here the basis for the more general formulation of the assembly problem. Construction cranes are treated here as assembly machines and tools for optimisation and constructability assessment. The core of the publication is the research report and base solution as a basis for flexible design with design and construction components and their alphanumeric classification.

The article presents the problem of H&S planning starting from the recognition of standards and practices in selected European countries relating them to practices in Poland. Attention was drawn to the differences resulting from the catalogue of particularly hazardous works, highlighting the similarities resulting from the source in directive 92/57/EEC, including good practices that may also find recognition in Poland. The key to the discussed subject of H&S is the support of Open BIM, including computer applications identified in European countries. Part of the article is an example of a building, as part of the author’s research and education project, which was modelled in terms of design-build components and working packages, as well as a building site layout as the basis for detailed 3D/4D BIM planning.
W artykule przedstawiono problematykę harmonogramów budowlanych w ujęciu 4D BIM. W części dotyczącej harmonogramów klasycznych przedstawiono ponadczasowe znaczenie harmonogramów Adamieckiego uznawanych za podstawę metod sieciowych. Harmonogramy budowlane w ujęciu metody pracy równomiernej (metod potokowych) potraktowano jako podstawę selekcji oprogramowania klasy PMS w kontekście klasy modelu sieciowego i typów powiązań logicznych w notacji PDM.

The article presents the problem of construction schedules in terms of 4D BIM. In the section on classical schedules, the timeless importance of Adamiecki’s harmonograms (schedules) considered as the basis of network methods is presented. Construction schedules in terms of the steady work methods (flow methods) were treated as the basis for the selection of PMS class software in the context of the network model class and types of logical dependencies in PDM notation. The need for the program to have the functionality of creating models based on the principle of an acyclic two-point multigraph was considered as a paradigm. Twelve programs have been identified that allow to define more than one logical dependency between two processes. Methods were classified in terms of integration classes in conditions of 4D BIM, including the approach using a PMS class system that does not have 4D BIM functionality due to the parallel processing of the IFC model in a separate program to visualize work packages as a basis for harmonization in construction project. The article is set in the context of Open BIM based on interoperability in construction projects.
Artykuł prezentuje klasyfikacje LOD harmonogramów i kosztorysów w sensie BIM, klasy logistyczne komponentów i przykład rezultatu jednego z budynków w projekcie. Sednem przedstawianej części problemu jest integracja kosztorys-harmonogram w ujęciu BIM w oparciu o komponenty.

The project in the presented approach is a transformation of resources-processes-product, which can be perceived logistically as the allocation of components in 3D space in the design phase and as 4D/5D in the execution phase in terms of Open BIM, if the object is presented as a set of so-called design and execution components that are a form of discreet quantification of the BIM model, as the basis for the logistics and financial approach. The article presents the LOD classifications of LOD of project schedules and estimates in the sense of BIM, logistic classes of components and example of one building of the project. The core of presented part of the problem is cost estimate-schedule integration in BIM terms based on components.
