In the present paper, we investigate a?multi-server Erlang queueing system with heterogeneous servers, non-homogeneous customers and limited memory space. The arriving customers appear according to a?stationary Poisson process and are additionally characterized by some random volume. The service time of the customer depends on his volume and the joint distribution function of the customer volume and his service time can be different for different servers. The total customers volume is limited by some constant value. For the analyzed model, steady-state distribution of number of customers present in the system and loss probability are calculated. An analysis of some special cases and some numerical examples are attached as well.

The paper presents requirements for road lighting with discharge sources. It also describes procedures of illumination system design that facilitate electrical energy saving. The results of electrical parameters measurements of an installed lighting installation have also been presented.

W prezentowanym artykule przedstawiono zapisy norm i przepisów dotyczących instalacji oświetleniowych ze sterowaniem. Omówiono założenia projektów oświetlenia realizowanych w budynkach użyteczności publicznej. Przedstawiono przykładowe wyniki pomiarów parametrów elektrycznych opraw fluorescencyjnych oraz LED. Zaprezentowano dane dotyczące energii elektrycznej w całej instalacji a także wyniki analiz dotyczących przepływów składowych energii elektrycznej (czynnej i biernej).

The paper presents standards and regulations for lighting installations with control systems. It discusses the basic features of lighting installation projects in public buildings. The paper contains example results of measurements of the electrical parameters for fluorescent luminaires and LED. It presents data regarding energy efficiency in the entire system as well as results of analyzes regarding flows of active and reactive power components.

In the classical intuitionistic fuzzy sets theory it is known, that the use of all aggregation modes is not always possible, because of the lack of definition of raising intuitionistic fuzzy values to the intuitionistic fuzzy power. The main aim of this work is to introduct an operation of raising of intuitionistic fuzzy values to an intuitionistic fuzzy power,which does not require conversion to intuitionistic fuzzy values. Additionally, we will present a heuristic method of raising an intuitionistic fuzzy values to the intuitionistic fuzzy power and consideration about its properties.

The RC5 algorithm is the cipher from the family of symmetric ciphers created by Ronald Rivest. Unlike other encryption algorithms, RC5 is designed this way, that a user or a security system architect can change some of its parameters. RC5 is a block cipher processing cipher-text blocks in the sequential rounds, where input of each round is the output of the previous one. In each round data is processed with usage of the key. The parameters of the cipher that can be changed are following: length of the key, length of the processed block and number of rounds. These parameters should be chosen based on the required level of security of communication. However there are such structures in RC5 that use of them is not entirely clear from the point of view for algorithm’s security. The aim of this paper is to examine how a cryptographic power of the cipher is affected by modifications to these structures. For this purpose will be used the well-known NIST tests.

W publikacji zaprezentowano problematykę związaną z przepływami energii biernej pojemnościowej charakteryzującej eksploatację opraw drogowych LED. Omówiono systemy optymalizacji pracy instalacji oświetleniowych. Przedstawiono wyniki badań laboratoryjnych dotyczących zużycia energii elektrycznej wybranej oprawy LED ze sterowaniem 1-10V. Dokonano analizy wyników pomiarów parametrów elektrycznych drogowych instalacji oświetleniowych ze sterowaniem DALI. Oszacowano koszty przepływu energii elektrycznej.

The paper presents the problems connected with the energy flows capacitive characterized by the exploitation of road luminaires LED. The systems optimization of lighting installations were discussed. The results of laboratory studies on consumption of electricity by selected LED luminaires with 1-10V control were presented. The paper contains analysis of the results of electrical parameters measurements for road lighting systems with DALI control and estimation of the costs of power flow.

The issue of the paper relates to reactive energy consumed by low-voltage receivers. Chosen directives, regulations and standards being in force in Poland are discussed. The method for reactive energy settlement is presented as well. The results of researches and analyses are presented, referring to measurements of energy components performed in low-voltage installations (including lighting installations).

The paper describes a program created for current harmonics filter design in Scilab environment. Computation algorithm is described in reference to inner data structure of the program. Exemplary filter designed with the help of the program is also presented, as well as current transients and harmonics spectrum calculated for lighting installation with applied designed filter.

Opisano również przykładowy filtr zaprojektowany przy użyciu programu i zaprezentowano obliczone przebiegi i widmo harmonicznych prądu instalacji oświetleniowej, w której zastosowano zaprojektowany filtr.

The article discusses the issues of modeling and the analysis of executions, which is a substantial part of modern communication protocols - authentication protocols, which are generally referred to herein as security protocols. The article presents a way of security protocols executions analysis with the use of probabilistic automata, without well known and widely used perfect cryptography assumption (we assume allowing the possibility of breaking a key with a specified probability). This type of analysis leads to interesting observations about the operation of the protocol and its weaknesses.

Therefore, the specific aim of the work is to present the heuristic method of raising intuitionistic fuzzy values to intuitionistic fuzzy power, and the consideration of its properties.

W artykule omówiono zapisy normy EN 62776 dotyczącej dwutrzonkowych lamp LED oświetlenia ogólnego [6]. Opisano zasady bezpieczeństwa, jakie muszą spełniać źródła (tuby) LED. Przedstawiono także sposób wymiany świetlówek fluorescencyjnych na odpowiadające im retrofity LED. Na podstawie badań laboratoryjnych określono wartości składowych mocy w różnych konfiguracjach układowych. Porównano zużycie energii elektrycznej na oświetlenie przykładowego budynku szkolnego wyposażonego w świetlówki fluorescencyjne oraz tuby LED. Wykazano celowość stosowania całkowitej wymiany opraw oświetleniowych wraz ze źródłami (tubami) LED, która pozwoli uzyskać maksymalne zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej instalacji oświetleniowych.

The publication discusses the provisions of standard EN 62776 on double-capped LED lamps used in the general lighting [6]. Describes the safety rules that must meet LED sources (tubes). Presents a method for the exchange of fluorescent lamps to the responding LED retrofit. Based on laboratory tests specified the power components in various configurations systems. In article compared the energy consumption lighting exemplary school building equipped with fluorescent lamps and LED tubes. Demonstrated the desirability of the use of a complete exchanged of lighting lamps with sources (tubes) LED, which will get the maximum increase the energy efficiency of lighting installations.

A very important part of the network and computer systems is to ensure an appropriate level of information transmission security. Security is based primarily on properly selected communication in security protocol. Unfortunately, the time-dependent protocols are vulnerable to attacks; therefore there is a need to verify these protocols. For verification purposes, protocols can be modeled using timed automata. During the modeling and verification of the protocols, one should also keep in mind delays in the network. So far, delays in the network were not modeled.

The article presents results of audit of lighting installation of the direct environment of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Czestochowa University of Technology. It was discussed requirements and principles of lighting design in the parking spaces that are located in the direct vicinity of educational facility. The article presents illumination of the front facade of Faculty of Electrical Engineering. The attention was given to the operation conditions which directly affect on electrical energy consumption (conservation).

Opracowanie projektu wykonane w programie Dialux zawiera kilkanaście źródeł i opraw oświetleniowych. Obliczenia wykonano zgodnie z zapisami normy PN-EN 15193. Dla instalacji istniejącej oraz projektowanej przeprowadzono obliczenia wartości zużycia składowych energii elektrycznej.

The article presents results of lighting audit in several floors public buildings, containing rooms with a different purpose and nature of work performed. Development of project made in Dialux contains several lamps and luminaires. Calculations were performed according to provisions of standard PN-EN 15193. For existing and projected installation were calculated values of components of electricity consumption.

The results of measuring of the luminous intensity in didactic rooms in all grades schools have has been presented in the article. Than the article discusses the requirements closed in standard PN-EN 12464-1:2012. It was described the design and conservation requirements that refer to the applied lighting fittings and lighting installations. The article presents also the results of audit of lighting for the choice didactic rooms of school-building.
