Abstrakty
EN The paper describes features of commercially available STOP-START systems, more and more often used in passenger cars. In these solutions, solely of an electric type, electric starter-generator operating together with electrochemical battery is the main unit. The paper presents an alternative concept of the STOPSTART system’s design and operation, where engine start-up is to be accomplished with use of mechanical energy stored in elements deformable elastically. In the paper are described experimental tests of the engine start-up with use of rubber elastic elements. It has been confirmed that results of the tests show at possibility of development of a new STOP-START system, making use of a mechanical starter-accumulator. Moreover, one presented a foredesign to construction of such device and anticipated advantages as simplicity, low cost and high energetic efficiency.
PL W referacie skrótowo opisano cechy dostępnych na rynku systemów STOP-START, coraz częściej stosowanych w samochodach osobowych. W rozwiązaniach tych, dotychczas wyłącznie typu elektrycznego, podstawowym zespołem jest elektryczny rozrusznik-generator współpracujący z akumulatorem elektrochemicznym. Przedstawiono inną ideę budowy i działania systemu STOP-START, w której rozruch silnika będzie realizowany z użyciem energii mechanicznej zmagazynowanej w elementach odkształcalnych sprężyście. Opisano badania doświadczalne rozruchu silnika spalinowego za pomocą gumowych elementów sprężystych. Stwierdzono, że uzyskane wyniki badań wskazują na możliwość zbudowania nowego systemu STOP-START wykorzystującego mechaniczny rozrusznik-akumulator. Przedstawiono założenia konstrukcyjne do zbudowania takiego urządzenia i określono spodziewane jego zalety, takie jak prostota i niski koszt oraz wysoka sprawność energetyczna.
