Dependence of energy efficiency of the building envelope with transparent insulation on insulation thickness

Abstrakty
This paper presents a numerical model of an collecting-accumulating solar wall with transparent insulation. The objective of the simulation was to evaluate the energy efficiency of solar walls in the case of different insulation thicknesses. The calculations simulated daily temperature changes of the partition in January days with a different cloud cover (sunny day, moderate cloud cover day, cloudy day). As a result, temperature distributions in the wall with insulation of various thickness at different times of the process and the energy balance of the wall were obtained.
