Abstrakty
PL Przedstawiono charakterystykę wpływu wiatru na człowieka w terenach zabudowanych, przegląd kryteriów komfortu wietrznego oraz metod analiz komfortu wietrznego (badania w tunelach aerodynamicznych, metody komputerowe mechaniki płynów CFD). Omówiono metodę transferu danych meteorologicznych ze stacji meteorologicznych do badanego terenu miejskiego. Przedstawiono propozycje własne kryteriów komfortu wietrznego w warunkach Polski.
EN Characteristics of influence of wind on people in built-up areas, as well as a review of the wind comfort criteria and methods of analysis of wind comfort (wind tunnels tests, Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD) has been presented. Moreover, a method of transfer of meteorological data from meteorological station to testing urban areas has been discussed. Author's propositions of wind comfort criteria in Poland have been also presented.
