PL Przedstawiono wykorzystanie analitycznej metody obliczania przedziału ufności przy opracowaniu wyniku pomiaru średnic włókien światłowodowych. Metoda pozwala na wyznaczanie przedziału ufności zgodnie z przyjętą jego definicją zawartą w Uzupełnieniu do Przewodnika wyrażania niepewności pomiaru. Metodę zastosowano do oceny niepewności pomiaru wykonywanego laserowym przyrządem skanującym. Włókno w trakcie pomiaru może przemieszczać się w pewnym dozwolonym obszarze pomiarowym. Przeprowadzona analiza pokazuje, jaki wpływ mają możliwe przemieszczenia włókna w przestrzeni pomiarowej na niepewność jego pomiaru.
EN The analytical method for calculating the coverage interval of fiber optics diameter measurement using the laser scanning instrument is presented. The method enables to evaluating the coverage interval compatible with the concept of a draft document: GUM Supplement 0 "Concepts and basic principles of measurement uncertainty evaluation". The method for calculating the expanded uncertainty of diameter under measurement is used. The laser scanning instrument is capable to measure optical fibers within the diameter range from 50 to 150 mm with the resolution 1 mm. It may be employed to perform measurements during manufacturing process in order to active supervision of the process. The principle of the instrument operation is based on measurement of a shading time of scanning laser beam by the measured object. The time is proportional to the measured diameter. The fiber may be displaced by permissible measuring area. The presented analysis shows how the possible movement of a fiber within measuring area influences in measurement uncertainty of its diameter.
