EN The steady state response at an interface of an acoustic fluid and a micropolar thermoelastic medium possessing cubic symmetry due to a moving load has been studied. The thermoelastic theory formulated by Chandrashekharia and Tazu (1998) has been used. Fourier transforms have been inverted by using a numerical inversion technique. Effect of anisotropy on the components of normal strain, normal force stress, tangential couple stress, temperature distribution and pressure an acoustic fluid have been depicted graphically for different load velocities. Some special cases are also deduced.
