Abstrakty
EN In this paper evaluation of the plasticity of multicomponent intermetallic FeAl phase based alloy melted in vacuum induction furnace, was conducted. Those researches were performed based on hot rolling tests. It was studied influence of temperature, strain and strain rate on the pressure on rolls and the grain refining effect. Possibility of the alloy rolling in a wide range of temperature and strain rate, without the necessity to use metal shields was found.
PL W pracy przeprowadzono ocenę plastyczności wieloskładnikowego stopu na osnowie fazy międzymetalicznej FeAl, wytapianego w indukcyjnym piecu próżniowym. Badania prowadzono w oparciu o próbę walcowania na gorąco. Określono wpływ temperatury, wielkości i prędkości odkształcenia na opory walcowania i uzyskany efekt rozdrobnienia ziarna (rys. 2, 4-6). Potwierdzono możliwość walcowania tych stopów w szerokim zakresie temperatury i prędkości odkształcenia bez konieczności użycia metalowych osłon (rys. 4-6).
